Basic HTML and CSS-Sample Week
This is the first week of the course Introduction to HTML and CSS.
After interviewing junior high students, the biggest complaints I heard about learning how to code were:
- "It takes forever to actually get to build something"
- "It's boring. Usually, we just sit there and watch something online and try to learn it."
I also interviewed teachers and their bigget complaint was
"We want to teach our students how to code, but we don't know how."
Code School Curriculum takes care of all of these problems
Built with Bloom's Taxonomy and Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences in mind, this curriculum is hands-on and active. Students will not only be engaged, but they will reach the highest level of Bloom's Taxonomy. Don't believe me? Just try out Lesson 1: Introduction! Student's will also start code within the first few days of the course.
As for you, the teacher, you DON'T HAVE TO KNOW 1 THING about coding!
